Vegan Apricot Pecan Granola Bars

This recipe was simple, easy, and healthy. These granola bars are darn near perfect. They contain absolutely no eggs, milk, or any dairy products so they are completely vegan.


Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large mashed banana
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/3 cup chopped apricots
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
